He was always full of positive advice. My favorite memory was him saying "dinner cooked in anger does taste as good" A gentle reminder to do everything with love and not let then affect your outlook on the day. He blessed me with my bestfriend, making me part of their family. For that, i will always be thankful for him!

Curt was the most hard headed, stubborn man I ever knew. At the same time, he was the funniest, loving and caring man I have ever known. He shines through his children and his grandchildren. I can look at each one of them and see a little bit of him. While I hate that he is gone too soon, I am understanding that he is at peace and is shining and with his family in heaven, hand in hand with Alecia, smiling down on all of us.

Curtis was my friend and teammate. From elementary school and beyond we enjoyed our friendship. "#26 baby, #26" was his mantra. I Will miss him dearly. RIP my friend.
