Janice Eileen Baumgartner, age 83, of Cincinnati Ohio, formerly of Middlefield, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 11, 2023. Eileen was born May 28, 1939 in Central Station, WV. Eileen was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be greatly missed. Her occupations outside the home included work at Geauga Hospital, Middlefield Bank, and Family Motor Coach. Eileen is survived by daughter Cheryl (Mark) McConnell of Cincinnati, son Scott (Diane) Baumgartner of Middlefield, daughter Sandy (Steve) Tobin of New Mexico, six grandchildren: Heather, Ryan, Beth, Brad, Zachary, Shane, two great-grandchildren: Violet, Jack, and sister Sue Ann Allen of Warren, Ohio. Eileen is preceded in death by parents Edwin Payne and Ruby Hunt, husband Robert (Bob) Baumgartner, and brothers Thomas Payne and Gary Hunt. A private family gathering will take place at a later date in northeast Ohio.
