Obituary for Freddie Leigh Garrett

Freddie Leigh Garret was born in the summer of 1950 in Central Oregon to Frederick Cotton and Ramona Babcock. Siblings: Sisters April (Vancouver, WA), Roxane (Vancouver, WA), Denesa (Carson City, NV), Alisyn (Sparks, NV). Brothers Andre (Warrenton, OR), Mike and Jacque. Children: Henry (Tok, AK), Susan (Carson, WA) and Michelle (Carson, WA). Grandchildren: Jacob, Bo, Levi, Adrianna, Zayne, Myllz, Austin, Torin and McKendrie. Great grand-children: Christian, Everett, Annabelle and “soon to be born” Olivia in December 2021 and Finnley in January 2022. Freddie was known by anyone that knew her to have a heart of gold and a smile that would brighten the darkest day. Forever full of hope, she faced the challenges in her life without fear and never let adversity change who she was, a caring and loving woman with endless compassion. Her love of animals was quickly evident to anyone, her home always had room for another stray because she could not stand to see any one of them suffer. Freddie will be missed greatly; the only solace is knowing she is at peace and in the hands of God.
