Obituary for Bobbie Jeanne Angel

October 31, 1950-October 15, 2021

Bobbie Jeanne Angel (nee Keene) went into the arms of her Savior peacefully as the sun was rising surrounded by loved ones on October 15, 2021. She was born to Irene (Elam) Keene and Jess Keene in Knox County, Ky. As a child her family moved to Cincinnati where she was united in marriage on January 17, 1972 to the late Robert Clay (Bob) Angel.

Bobbie will be deeply missed by her son Ricky Angel (Sarah Moore) of Amelia, Ohio, her 3 grandchildren Matthew, Jessica & Amber, as well as her daughter Trina Angel-Napier (Jason Napier) of Loveland, Ohio. Her 2 loving granddaughters Allison & Katianne Napier will always cherish the special memories they made with their Nana. Bobbie loved her entire family. She also had a loving relationship with her 6 siblings; Elbert Keene (d.6-1-2002), Shirley (Fred) Lotz (d.1-5-2002), Doris Keene, Vernon Keene, Nancy Keene (d. 4-6-1989) and Harold (Ginger) Keene. She loved her niece Christina Angel very much and she adored her other nieces & nephews Tim, Steven, Nicholas, Kaitlyn and Kathryn, Chuck, Scottie, Heather, Ronnie, Rachel, Mathew, and Christopher. Bobbie had many close friends and her best friend for over 35 years was Charlene Gill.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service with friends & family will be October 26, 2021 in the Chapel at Montgomery Community Church, 11251 Montgomery Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45249. Visitation will take place from 6-7:30pm, with the funeral service from 7:30 to 8pm. A private interment with family will take place at Rest Haven Memorial Park.

Bobbie and her husband participated in many service activities and she enjoyed volunteering in the community. Bobbie was a member of the Amelia Church of the Nazarene. She sang in the choir and her mother Irene & sister Nancy taught Kindergarten Sunday School. She delivered food for Meals on Wheels in Amelia for years. Bobbie was also a member of the Amelia American Legion where she volunteered on the Women’s Auxiliary to American Legion Post 773. Bobbie had been employed by the Forest Hills School District as a school bus driver for over a decade. She was also employed with Logistics Incorporated for many years. For the last 15 years she lived in Knox County, Ky where she cared for her mother Irene and spent many precious years with her 10 aunts, uncles & dozens of cousins. Bobbie enjoyed gardening, crocheting, fishing, cooking and playing card games with her friends and family.
