Obituary for Robert Cust
Robert M. Cust of Liberty Township, OH and Old Town, ME
Robert M. Cust, 58, passed away in his sleep with his wife by his side on November 18, 2016. He was born in Norfolk, VA on March 20, 1958 Son of Retired Navy Captain Harlan R. Cust and Carole A. (Paradis) Cust. He attended schools in Naples, Italy, Princess Anne High School in Virginia Beach, VA and UM at Orono.
Bob was an officer for the Norfolk International Airport Police Department for 10 years before opening a Mailboxes Etc store in Brandon, Fl. He and his family relocated to Middletown, Ohio in 2004 where he became the owner and operator of Box & Shipping Center. In January 2011 he closed his business and retired due to medical reasons.
Bob loved spending time with his family and was extremely proud of his son Daniel.
Bob is survived by his wife of 23 years, Melinda and Son Daniel of Liberty Township, Oh; His Father Harlan Cust of Old Town, Me; brother Scott Cust of Virginia Beach, VA; sister Michele Kauppila and husband, Jim of Newburg, ME. and 4 nephews and a niece. He was predeceased by his Mother Carole Ann (Paradis) Cust.
A graveside service will be held at 11am, Thursday, December 1, 2016, at Lawndale Cemetery in Old Town, ME.
